At The Pier

Our wedding weekend started on October 8th as we pulled into LA. We drove and it took us almost 4 hours, not too bad.
We checked into our motel at Super 8 and got situated.

Vance got a nice little tie-down area on the corner of the bed.

We met my parents and brother and sister-in-law also at the motel. They flew in and landed the same time as we got into LA, so by the time they got their rental car, we met at the motel around the same time.

Saturday came and we wanted to check out the area we were getting married at a day before. It was on the beach and with all the people, we wanted to find the best area, location for pictures, etc..

"Ooh! What's going on over there?"

We then headed over to the Santa Monica Pier, which was practically right there. There were so many people, but most of theme were....just plain interesting! Vance got to see skateboarders and bikers and people with weird clothes on and lots of dogs were around. They were either small and yappy and had their own wardrobe or they were big and running alongside a bike, running with their owners, or pulling their owners on rollerblades. Needless to say, ALOT of exposure for the guy :)

So many things going on :)
